PLUS63 Festival Manila is an all ages event - festival attendees 17 years old and below are required to have an adult chaperone/guardian aged 25 years and above.
All minor attendees (17 years old and below) must be accompanied by a ticket-bearing guardian (aged 25 years and above) in the same section. One (1) guardian can accompany two (2) minors.
Authorized guardians or chaperone must sign a waiver with the parents.
Healthy & Safety Disclaimer Please note that this event features loud music, flashing lights, and other sensory effects that may not be suitable for all attendees, including young children or individuals with sensitivities to sound or light. Parents and guardians are advised to consider these factors when bringing children to the event.
TICKETING & WRISTBANDS
Your online ticket will be exchanged for a festival wristband. Everyone must wear a wristband while on the festival grounds. Once you have entered the festival grounds, there will be no re-entry.

Tickets are sold via our ticketing partners, PouchNation, and TOP.ph
If buying for a group, we prefer that you input all of your names and emails, however, you can also put your name on all five tickets. The purchaser would be the one to claim the wristbands and they can be distributed to whomever you choose.
Wristband Claiming
You will need your digital ticket or printed version of the ticket to be able to claim a wristband. Please make sure that the name on the ticket matches the government-issued ID upon wristband claiming. Once you have your wristband with a specific number you can proceed to register it online.

PLUS63 Festival reserves the right to void lost, tampered, or damaged wristbands.

PAYMENT POLICY/METHODS
For convenience and faster transactions, PLUS63 Festival Manila is a cashless event. All attendees will receive an RFID Card, PLUS63 Pay, which will serve as your festival wallet to purchase from vendors, bars, and merch booths.
TOP.ph stations will accept: GCash, Maya, credit and debit card payments.

Lost or Stolen Card Policy Please be mindful of your PLUS63 Pay Card and your belongings. Lost or stolen cards will be treated as permanently lost, including any remaining balance, which will non-transferable and non-refundable.
If you need a replacement card: 1. Visit the TOP.ph booth at the festival. 2. A replacement card can be issued. 3. Replacement cards will incur a fee.
